Akbar Nawasunda's musical journey began in 2020 as an independent bedroom producer known as DJ Akbar Remix. His experiments brought popular songs into a Bandung-rooted space of Breakbeat, Jedag Jedug, and Jungle Dutch. Today, he releases original work shaped by pop melody, electronic bass, and remix energy.
Original work is released as Akbar Nawasunda; the remix catalog is also known through DJ Akbar Remix.
